Terms & Conditions

1. Service provider

Services are provided by Tatra AI, Stará Lesná, 059 52, Slovakia.

Contact: nika@tatra-ai.com.

2. Scope of services

Tatra AI designs, builds and deploys simple AI tools for local businesses — such as assistants, calculators, guest guides, offer generators, automations or content publishing.

Specific scope, price, timeline and delivery method are always agreed in writing (by email or proposal) before work begins.

3. Orders and contract

Information on the website is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer.

A contract is formed only after both parties approve scope, price and timeline in writing.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in euros. A fixed price is agreed before work starts; if scope changes, we agree any adjustment in advance.

Payment terms (deposit, invoicing, due date) are part of the specific proposal or contract.

5. Client cooperation

The client provides materials, feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes. Delays on the client side may shift the delivery date.

6. Intellectual property

Once the agreed fee is paid, the client receives the right to use the delivered tool for the agreed purpose.

General methodologies, templates, know-how and source components developed by Tatra AI before or outside the project remain Tatra AI property unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

We provide services with professional care. AI tools operate according to rules and content approved by the client; the client is responsible for the accuracy of materials, prices and claims in their offer.

Tatra AI is not liable for lost profit or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Complaints

Report defects or deviations from agreed scope promptly at nika@tatra-ai.com. We will work with you on a reasonable remedy or adjustment.

9. Termination

Engagement may be ended by agreement or for material breach by either party. Work already performed and approved costs are invoiced as agreed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. We prefer to resolve disputes by agreement; Slovak courts have jurisdiction if no other arrangement is made.
